5 Ways to Know if You Are Living Your Life Purpose

Throughout our lives we may go through periods of great success followed by a denouement. We may experience such highs but are not able to sustain this feeling. We may feel as though we have failed. Or we may not experience these highs and lows, but rather experience our life as a chronic sense of settling into something comfortable, nothing so threatening to our well-being to be considered risk. There may be a pervasive feeling of knowing that there is something more, but not having an instructional manual it may seem like too much work and why bother, maybe “this is all there is”.
No matter what you are experiencing in your life right now, know this: Your Life Matters. At this point in time as you read these words, it does not matter what has happened in your past. Your present moment, right here, right now, contains the possibility of every possibility for the amazing life that you dream of. Your dreams are real and they matter. Maybe you are living your dreams, know that there is more. There is something called Your Full Divine Potential, a unique blueprint for your life that contains every element and every instruction for how you can tap into this and live in total and complete fulfillment of your highest good and most creative Divine expression of yourself. You have unique gifts and talents that can bring unending joy and inspiration to yourself and others.
Begin to try new things, notice what you are drawn to. Take classes that speak to you, you are intuitive and you have that still, small powerful voice within you that tells you that you are on the right track. Life purpose is a journey, not a destination. It is co-creating with God, the highest good for your life and often involves service in the world. This service may not be completely evident at first. Life purpose involves starting with recognizing some keys that further unlock the full Divine Potential within.
Here are 5 ways to know if you are living your life purpose:
1. Joy is Your Roadmap – Joy does not consider outcomes or attachments to outcome. Learn to feel unbridled joy for joy’s sake. Pay attention to what brings you joy. Anything that you are doing that you feel obligated in any way is not pure joy. We may have products from our joy that may be included in obligation such that if we write a book and need to market it, and then remember that it is the joy of writing that is important here. Anything that you do and you do with joy is a roadmap to your life purpose. Keep following your JOY.

2. This is Easier Than I Thought-When you are living your life purpose and exploring new things you will have an experience of perhaps a déjà vu or a feeling that this is easier than I thought. You come here to earth with everything that you need to fulfill your life purpose. Pay attention to what comes naturally to you. Perhaps you are naturally funny, kind, a good listener. We are all good at different things. In school it seems that we had to be good at everything. This is not realistic and we do have natural inclinations to what we like and are good at. Pay attention to these things, honor them in yourself. This is not about getting good grades, although you may have, this is what you enjoy. I always loved art. Did not receive great grades, but I knew I loved it and eventually when I paid attention to that, the inner gold was struck. What do you love?

3. Lose Track of Time-Another key to understanding your life purpose is feeling as though there is no time. When you lose track of time doing what you love, you are in the inner world of creation. In the present moment where all potential lies. Think of the job where you are watching the clock, big clue that this is not your life purpose. You can lose yourself in tasks like cooking, writing, decorating, watching something on TV, anything where you are engrossed can offer clues to what matters to you. Start noticing where you are losing track of time to uncover more about your life purpose.

4. Deep Feeling of Inner Peace-As you feel joy, feel a natural ability that does not contain a lot of struggle, lose yourself, notice if you are feeling peace. There is a peace that you will feel that is indescribable. It is like the best kept secret of mystery, mystical enchantment type of inner peace that does not get destroyed by outside influences. It is yours to keep when nothing else in life is. It is your Soul, your gifts; your talents are indestructible and last the test of time.

5. Pay Attention-As you go through your day, your week, your year, your life, pay attention. Your life purpose is continually evolving and making itself known. Joy is your roadmap to the greatest destination, your whole life. Your life is a journey and if we knew all at once our gifts, the journey would not be necessary. Pay attention to clues, signs, and synchronicities from the Universe. There are no coincidences. Pay attention to what people say, listen with your whole heart and do not make up your responses in advance. Even “your enemy” may offer clues. This is an exaggerated way to say, do not discount from where you hear the Voice of God. Learn to listen with neutral, nonjudgmental ears. Use discernment. God speaks through all of us. Pay attention to what makes you feel inspired.
Feeling connected to the path of your soul, your life purpose is an event to celebrate. One toe, one foot on the path is two feet closer and ever fuller soul embodiment closer to all of who you are and all of what you are here to do. I offer you many blessings on your soul’s path of Joy and Service.

About innervisionsgallery

Contemporary Artist, Spiritual Book Author. I have always had an interest in art. I studied art in college, focusing on the history of art. I spent summers working as a Museum Guide for the Nantucket Historical Association. After having graduated from college with a degree in Art History, I began to paint as a form of expression. Most of my images come from within. When I am able to translate feelings like despair or pain into an image of Hope, Faith or Love, that is one of the many joys of painting. My experience is that we can create Heaven on Earth. This has been a personal reality for me as I have overcome depression, anxiety and have connected with my life purpose after many years of struggle. I would like each and every one of us to feel our own sense of worthiness, to really feel the God in us and be able to be forgiving, grateful, strong...my writings are intuited messages for us each to hear and feel our own connection to the Higher Power, to know that we are not alone on our journey. Anne has been published in several on-line publications, featuring articles on spiritual intuition, the God Spark, and others still to come. She has been published in ezinearticles.com as well as newageinfo.com, jtchandler.com, articledashboard.com and goarticles.com. Join the mailing list to receive her new articles, class schedule, and special savings. The mission of Inner Visions is to help make this a personal reality for you. When you connect to the Heaven, the Divine inside of you, and you remember your Divinity as being one with God, your life will transform and experiencing everyday miracles can and will occur.
